      <image:caption>My journey into health and fitness started early. Growing up, I was encouraged to play sport, stay active, and enjoy movement, experiences that introduced me to the powerful physical, psychological, and social benefits of exercise from a young age. That foundation shaped not only my passion for training, but my belief in movement as a tool for confidence, resilience, and wellbeing. During my time at university, I experienced a debilitating eating disorder that affected every area of my life. Recovery was challenging, but it became a defining turning point. It gave me a deeper understanding of my own strengths, a healthier relationship with my body, and a balanced perspective on health, performance, and self-care. That experience now underpins everything I do as a coach and as the Founder of ALT. I believe real progress comes from balance, between training, nutrition, lifestyle, and mental health. These elements are inseparable, and sustainable results only come when they work together. I am deeply passionate about partnering with residential operators to create wellbeing experiences that feel genuinely integrated, not bolted on. ALT | RESIDE is built around being present, visible, and embedded within each community, working closely with operators and residents to create inclusive, high-quality programmes that people actually engage with and benefit from. Every resident and every client is an individual, with their own story, challenges, and goals. That is always our starting point. My role is to provide structure, support, and guidance, helping people build strength, confidence, and long-term habits that improve not just physical health, but quality of life.</image:caption>
