What’s included

  • Starting with an assessment of your current ability, then designing specific workout plans and tailoring your diet towards your lifestyle. We will guide you through a comprehensive fitness programme taking consideration of your goals, nutritional needs, any injuries and your schedule.

  • Private personal training sessions 1-1 with one of our highly experienced coaches. Choose from one of our packages. Our sessions are designed to push you further towards your goal than you would alone.

  • You will gain access to our specialist app which includes your tailored training programme, diet plan, habit tracking, connects to your health app in your phone, tracks your steps and more.

  • Your coach will design you your own diet plan based on your needs, with consistent support and changes available when needed.

  • Our coaches give you continuous support through WhatsApp and our custom app. Feel free to ask questions, whenever it suits you.
